Beaches and Bays in Migori Muhuru Bay: Idyllic, But Sold Short Surprisingly little-known and untravelled is the delightful beach at Muhuru Bay, a small, picturesque fishing village 52 km west of the capital town of Migori, located on the shores of Lake Victoria on the southeastern quarter of Migori County. The area is resposeful mosaic of rolling hills, rocky outcrops, and beautiful views of Lake Victoria.
