True. The modern traveller is continually looking for intimate experiences in places where they are actively participating in the activities – outdoor. Becoming widely favoured, farm tours are cathing on with families and friends looking for especial and memorable getaways. In Kenya, tours to erstwhile tea and coffee green-gold giants are trending, at a time when these colonial legacies are waning gradually to a new wave of sought-after export produce. Among the early adopters of the farm tours in Kenya, away from the dazzling tea and coffee farms in the vicinity of Nairobi city, in Kiambu County, was Kiburi Farm more popular as Kiburi Homestay.
