Guided game walks are done in company with armed rangers along the river or up the Yatta Plateau. Breakfast on the banks of Galani, watching the pod of hippopotami wallowing a short distance upriver and the wonderful sight of Karibou Storks para-gliding in to investigate a kill, is mesmerizing.
