Festivals in Homa Bay Rusinga Island Festival: Cultural Extravaganza Rusinga island festival is an annual celebration of the vibrant cultures, and of many customs in western Kenya, particularly of the Abasuba tribe who inhabit Rusinga Island where this festival is held.
